TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) All equipment supplied by West Country CCTV and Media is covered by a 6 months parts and labor warranty. This excludes user error, faults due to poor internet connection, power surges, accidental or malicious damage.

2) Wireless link systems are provided on a non guaranteed service basis, these systems can experience signal dropouts / periodic video loss. For a guaranteed service we advise customers to opt for a wired connection.

3) Call outs outside of warranty or deemed to come under the exceptions listed in terms and conditions 1 are charged at £65 for the first hour and £30 per hour for each additional hour.

4) Remote assistance outside of warranty scope is charged at £25 per fault/ adjustment, this covers facetime, phone calls and remote login to system for motion detection adjustments etc.

5) All systems are built to customers specification and upon paying the deposit you agree to the install as per the spec above. Any changes to camera locations and system spec on the day of install can/will incur additional costs.

6) A 50% of the quoted total will be required to secure the booking for this work to be carried out and the job to be booked in. The remaining balance will be required to be paid in full on completion of job invoice will be provided on completion. Payment to be made within 48 hours of completion unless otherwise agreed upon. Delay in payments will incur a late fee unless negotiated previously. Upon paying a deposit is seen as agreeing to terms and conditions and is non refundable.     

7.) No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of install returns do not include the labor.

8.) If the kit is bought by paying installments. Work won't be carried out until paid in full. Should customers stop making payments, customers will not receive refunds or products.  For this this option must be agreed in advance with West Country CCTV and Media.
